About Kaleton Ltd
Kaleton Ltd was incorporated in October 2009. The company was formed to acquire a web hosting business that had been operating since 2003 and take over its operations. Kaleton Ltd has since grown into a full IT solutions company with a strong management team and an excellent suite of products. As well as web hosting our services now include web site development, IP CCTV, IT security, data backups, installation/maintenance of IT infrastructure and more. The company has strong interests in supplying the care home industry and has become known for integrity, professionalism and trustworthiness. Our clients include residential care homes, nursing homes and domiciliary care companies throughout the UK, as well as many Yorkshire SMEs outside of the care sector.
Keith Madeley MBE
Chairman
Keith brings a wealth of business experience and talent to Kaleton. As a highly regarded, well respected and much recognised member of the regional business community his large network of trusted contacts links us into Yorkshire's most vibrant companies.
Keith's first company, Manor Financial Management Ltd, quickly became a leading provider of financial services to both high net worth individuals and companies alike. After huge growth it was finally sold to Yorkshire Investment Group in 2004. Since then Keith has sat on the board of directors of various Yorkshire businesses and charities.
Keith is also currently chairman of The Prince's Trust for Yorkshire and the Humber as well as the Yorkshire Society and the Duke of York's Community Initiative. He is also Ambassador of the prestigious Club LS1 used for networking by local leaders of business, the arts, sports and politics. Such is his passion for the region that Keith Madeley is often referred to as 'Mr Yorkshire'. In January 2011 Keith's work promoting the region was recognised by the Queen and he was awarded an MBE in the New Year's honours list.
James Fell
Managing Director
James graduated from the University of York in 2002 with a degree in Computer Science. Since then he has worked in IT and management roles at successful companies such as BAE Systems and LNT Group. He also operated a web hosting business as a sole trader for several years which was later acquired by Kaleton Ltd.
As MD, James is responsible for overall strategy, monitoring the company's performance, forming strategic partnerships and working to ensure the company performs as desired.
With a very strong technical background James also gets directly involved in the provision of IT services to our clients. This includes work with servers, network infrastructure, IT security and software development.

Yvonne Fell
Creative Director
American by birth, Yvonne studied first Graphic Design and then Computer Science at the University of Texas, El Paso (UTEP) in the USA. She later worked in IT at State National Bank in Texas. This gave her extensive experience of database systems including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. After moving to the UK at the start of 2009 she worked in IT at mobile phone giant O2 in Leeds before joining Kaleton.
Although she has plenty of experience in other areas of IT, Yvonne is now completely focused on web development and is responsible for the creation of web sites both in-house and for our clients. With very strong PHP/MySQL development skills Yvonne has programmed several highly technical web based software products. From her earlier graphic design experience she is also able to handle the artistic side of designing a web site. As one of those rare individuals who has both artistic/design talent as well as excellent technical knowledge Yvonne is a big asset to the team.
